DraftVerge

Clear expectations before a pilot

Terms of service & pilot policy

Effective October 8, 2026.

These terms describe DraftVerge's website, early-access drawing-review app and assisted pilots. DraftVerge is operated by Isaac. For service, billing, cancellation or refund questions, email hello@draftverge.com.

A paid pilot begins only after we both agree its written scope, dates and commercial terms. That customer-specific agreement controls the paid engagement if it differs from this page. Opening the app or sending an inquiry does not start a paid pilot or subscription.

1. Using the early-access app

The browser app is currently available without an account or payment for workflow evaluation. Use only drawings and information you are authorized to process. Follow your organization's confidentiality, software and review requirements. Do not use the service unlawfully or attempt to access another person's information or disrupt the service.

You retain your rights in your drawings and review materials. Using DraftVerge does not transfer ownership of them to us. You are responsible for keeping source drawings, checking exported copies and storing your saved work.

Optional team workspace

The separate team workspace is being connected and verified. Creating an account, when available, does not buy a pilot or create a subscription. Cloud uploads require your authorization to store and share the files with that team. Owners are responsible for membership and access decisions; editors may modify shared work and viewers may download it. Maintain your own source files and exports.

Early-access limits are one owned team per account, 10 projects per team, 100 drawings per team at up to 3 MB each, and 100 worksheets per team at up to 2 MB each. Cloud availability, recovery, SSO and engineering certification are not included service guarantees. Any customer-specific availability, retention or security requirements must be agreed before uploading.

2. What the app can and cannot check

DraftVerge checks a bounded set of release details in compatible standalone ASCII DXF exports, compares candidate revision changes and helps prepare reviewer handoffs. Current input limits are 3 MB and 50,000 drawing objects per file. Supported corrections create a separate copy of an existing blank, plain-text title-block field; the user supplies the authorized text.

Native DWG, binary DXF, the contents of external references and engineering or regulatory certification are outside the current scope. Preview fidelity is limited. A clean report is not drawing approval. Your qualified reviewer must verify findings and corrected files in the appropriate CAD workflow and complete your organization's release process.

This is early-access software. Checks may miss issues or identify candidates that do not require changes. We do not promise a particular time saving, completeness of review or engineering outcome. Free evaluation availability and features may change; changes to a paid pilot's agreed deliverables require separate agreement.

3. The assisted pilot

The current Release Workflow Pilot is $750 USD, one-time, for four weeks from an agreed kickoff. It covers:

The fee is for assisted evaluation, setup and a results readout. Free browser access is available separately. Additional work or ongoing service requires a separate written agreement. The pilot does not automatically enroll you in a subscription.

4. Agreement, payment and delivery

Before we issue an invoice, we confirm compatibility, the authorized drawing cases, a named reviewer, data handling, deliverables, success criteria, kickoff and payment terms. The final invoice identifies the fee, currency, any applicable taxes and payment due date. Pay through the Stripe-hosted invoice supplied for your accepted scope.

Delivery is remote and scheduled with your team; no physical goods are shipped. The four-week period starts at the agreed kickoff, rather than when you first open the app. Your team supplies the required permissions, reviewer participation and eligible cases. If those inputs or dates change, we agree any resulting schedule or scope changes in writing before additional work.

Neither an automated check nor the pilot readout replaces professional engineering services or release approval.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Email hello@draftverge.com with your invoice reference to request cancellation, rescheduling or a refund. Do not include payment-card details or confidential drawings in that message.

Cancellation, rescheduling and any charges for work already performed are specified in the written pilot agreement before payment. If they have not been agreed, ask us to complete them before paying. We do not impose additional cancellation fees that were not agreed.

If our compatibility assessment was wrong and we cannot deliver the accepted technical scope, we will refund the full pilot fee. Other refunds are handled under the accepted written agreement and applicable law. An approved refund is returned through Stripe to the original payment method where supported; bank processing time can vary.

Nothing on this page removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Drawings, privacy and support

The standalone reviewer processes drawing files locally on your device. Download corrected copies and save or export reviewer work before closing the tab. The optional team workspace stores explicitly uploaded drawings and saved worksheets in cloud storage; it is separate from local review. Sending files by email or sharing a screen is a separate action: obtain your organization's permission and agree the data-handling approach with us first.

Our privacy notice explains website requests, email inquiries, local browser storage, the optional team workspace and Stripe billing. Contact Isaac at hello@draftverge.com if you need clarification before using the app or accepting a pilot.

7. Updates

We will date changes to this page. An update does not retroactively change an accepted pilot's fee, deliverables, refund terms or other agreed commercial commitments.
